6. AI-Powered Tools and Third-Party Services

Certain tools on ToolBox Global utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including but not limited to Google Gemini AI and Groq API. When you use AI-powered tools (such as AI Writer, AI Summarizer, AI Translator, AI Chat, AI Code Assistant, and AI Ideas Generator), your input text may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You should review and verify all AI-generated content before using it for any critical purpose. 7. Premium Services and Subscriptions

All payments for Premium Services are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor, and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to Premium Services until that date. This means your files, text, images, and other data typically never leave your device. 9. User-Generated Content and Feedback

11. Limitation of Liability

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
